We have developed a ground-breaking medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of the most common heart rhythm disorder.
Kardium's mission is to deliver the best treatment for atrial fibrillation.
- Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and requirements
- Drive training documentation and processes through required approval processes
- Engage and motivate new candidates to foster a positive training environment and experience
- Serve primarily as a hands-on trainer on the production floor,
guiding new Production Technicians in a real-time work environment
