Description

As the Back End Manager at Jersey Joe's Pizza & Subs, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our back-end operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Your main duties will include but aren't limited to:

Leading and managing the delivery team to achieve operational excellence.

Ensuring a high level of customer service by promptly addressing any customer issues to enhance the overall customer experience.

Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Collaborating with other managers to enhance overall restaurant performance.


Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and leadership roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is preferred.


Salary:
$20.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)
