    Customer Service Representative – Belleville Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic
    Perm Part-Time
    Location: Belleville , Ontario

    Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • High degree of organizational and wareness of AODA
  • Required 1-5 years experience performing a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy and data entry skills in a setting working with vulnerable people
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimum supervision

    • Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls, greet applicants and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns
  • Provide information to applicants on the phone and walk-ins
  • Maintain contract timelines and communicate effectively with external customers
  • Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing email, mail and faxes
  • Provide administrative support to the Application Eligibility Team of Occupational Therapists
