Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Operate and monitor advanced security systems, including CCTV and access control units.
Implement strict access controls and security protocols to maintain safety standards.
Employ nonviolent communication and deescalation techniques to handle potentially volatile situations.
Assist individuals onsite by providing guidance and support in a respectful and professional manner.
Document security incidents comprehensively, ensuring all details are accurately captured for further review.

Requirements:

Proven background in security work within highrisk or sensitive environments.
Certified in security operations and emergency response, including use of force training courses covering handcuffing, baton use, and arresting/detaining individuals.
Exceptional skills in conflict resolution, nonviolent communication, and crisis deescalation.
Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents effectively.
Dependable, with the ability to operate independently and within a team under stressful conditions.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
