    Full-Time
    75 hour shifts

    Shift(s):

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative and clerical support and providing internal and external communication support to the Director-Support Services or Regional Managers and staff.

    Graduate of an accredited business or administration secretarial program
    Two (2) years previous experience in an office environment
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Outlook
    Computer skills in word-processing, database maintenance and typing speed of 60 w.p.m.
    Given the cultural diversity of our region, the ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population is required
    Proficiency of both official languages is essential for target and designated bilingual positions
