- Support the Wholesaler by following up on meetings and events
- Initiate phone contact with clients to nurture relationships
- Keep detailed records of product information for client reference
- Ensure regional events are well attended through call campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks
- Participate in sales calls to identify opportunities
- Create marketing emails for advisors
- Populate CRM system with client information
- Participate in meetings and share feedback
- Assist in client base segmentation and sales strategies
- Liaise with Product Manager for meetings and web casts
- Address client issues and escalate when necessary
- Contribute to special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
- CSC or IFIC certification; CFP or CIM designation
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
