    Dynamic Funds - Inside Sales Representative

    Dynamic Funds, a subsidiary of Scotiabank, is a leading wealth management firm in Canada. Established in 1957, we have a rich history of providing professional investment advice to retail investors. We offer a wide range of financial solutions, including investment funds and high-net-worth programs.

    Job Description:

    The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a crucial role in driving sales and building client relationships. Working closely with the Wholesaler, the ISR is responsible for promoting Dynamic products, servicing clients, and staying informed about market trends and competitor products.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Support the Wholesaler by following up on meetings and events
    • Initiate phone contact with clients to nurture relationships
    • Keep detailed records of product information for client reference
    • Ensure regional events are well attended through call campaigns
    • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks
    • Participate in sales calls to identify opportunities
    • Create marketing emails for advisors
    • Populate CRM system with client information
    • Participate in meetings and share feedback
    • Assist in client base segmentation and sales strategies
    • Liaise with Product Manager for meetings and web casts
    • Address client issues and escalate when necessary
    • Contribute to special projects as needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
    • CSC or IFIC certification; CFP or CIM designation
    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
    • Minimum 5 years of management experience
