Field Management:
On-field administration and coordination with our employees
Maintaining inventory and moving inventory as needed
Assisting manager with all operations related matters on a daytoday basis
Maintaining and keeping track of uniforms and other Welcome kit material for employees
Delivering and pickingup supplies, uniforms and trucks as needed
Talking with Vendors and troubleshooting operations related matters
Purchasing and procurement
Coordinating all the work assigned by the manager and reporting back about progress and any issues
All other administrative and relevant matters
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Organizing, induction programmers, onboarding for new employees
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Attending meetings with senior management.
Coordinate and collaboration with staff as well as LCTs and TCPs when required
