You will make an impact by:

As Director of Product for Employee Success, you'll drive the product strategy and execution to meet the needs of our ecosystem of 2M+ hourly employees.

You will be responsible for aligning the employee success product strategy with the company's 3-year vision and creating a yearly product roadmap that executes against that strategy.

The employee success team is responsible for meeting all the needs of the hourly employees, including building and shipping financial products like Cash Out and Earnings transparency.

You will partner closely with design, engineering, business operations, and operations team members to define the future of employees. This role will report directly to the VP of Product.


You'll be successful here if you bring

  • 10+ years of PM experience with 3+ years in consumerfacing products
  • 3+ years of leading teams with 1+ year of GPM/Director experience
  • 2+ years of Fintech experience
  • The drive to take ownership and the hunger to learn and grow
  • Ability to take a unique software product from 0 to n for millions of users
  • Empathy and care for the livelihoods of small business owners and hourly workers
  • Ability to be selfsufficient in answering questions with data using SQL
  • Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication skills
