We are looking for a nurse to join our team as a full time/part time Clinical Nursing Supervisor for Classic LifeCare's Vancouver branch.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision. You will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated, passionate professionals supporting the delivery of home care services.

The role:

Employee and client engagement.
Orientation, training and mentoring of employees.
Influencing and engaging in home care delivery systems.
Collaborating on assessments and implementation of personcentred care plans

The check list:

Current LPN registration with the BCCNM with up to date First Aid & CPR.
Wound care experiences an asset but not required
Completion or education in a recognized foot care course an asset but not required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Clear, concise communication skills
Be able to work effectively with a focus on efficiency and productivity
Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Must be willing to drive within Metro Vancouver area including Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, Vancouver, and Richmond.
People and community focused; and
Ability to contribute to the development of services at Classic based on your own unique strengths and interests
Availability between 2040 hours per week; days and time are flexible
