We are looking to add caring people to our wonderful CARE team in Victoria, BC. We are passionate about caring for our elders in the community, so if you enjoy making a positive difference in people's lives, THIS IS THE CAREER FOR YOU

Current hours available in one building, same location, multiple clients as well as in the community.
We provide our caregivers with competitive pay, benefits, as well as opportunities for advancement.
Starting wage depends on your experience.
Parttime and fulltime positions are available to start immediately.

Qualifications

A serving heart, patience, empathy, confidence and strong people skills are key attributes of our caregivers.
First Aid/CPR certificate, or willing to obtain.
Current Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain.
Driving License (not necessary but good to have)

Tasks required

Companionship, personal care including dressing and bathing, medication reminders, meal preparation, providing transportation (not necessarily), light housekeeping, etc.

Only local applicants will be considered. Both doses of COVID-19 vaccination are required by health Canada

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

Salary:
$18.50-$22.50 per hour
