About this Role

  • Partner closely with executive sponsors of enterprise initiatives, providing direction and thought leadership on change management strategies appropriate to achieve an initiative's business outcomes
  • Establish organizationwide change management networks to assess stakeholder needs and impacts across lines of business, and to identify unique organizational circumstances to be addressed in change strategies
  • Lead the design of innovative change management strategies enabling consistent change outcomes across businesses, while adapting to specific business and/or geographic needs
  • Design and facilitate effective executive champion networks to lead change, align organizational support, and establish multilevel accountability for change outcomes
  • Monitor, adapt, and support the execution of change strategies across line of business change teams to keep change initiatives on track and proactively address change risks
  • Present change strategies and updates to sponsors and executive steering committees, ensuring awareness of progress and commitment to take actions necessary to achieve change outcomes

Requirements:


This role draws upon your advanced change leadership skills to become one of the most influential change leaders within TD.


Relevant skills and experiences include:

  • Undergraduate degree; graduate degree an asset
  • 10+ years related experience, spanning change consulting, and advising, complex change delivery, and change outcomes assessment
  • Broad experience leading multiple types of change (strategic growth, regulatory change, operating models, industrywide initiatives, transformations, etc.)
  • Proven ability to select appropriate change strategies and tactics to support an initiative's specific business outcomes and risk management mandates
  • Experience and confidence in advising, supporting, and negotiating with senior executives to effectively lead change
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills at all organization levels
  • Proven ability to develop and execute realistic work plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Polished communicator in verbal and written contexts, including senior executive briefings
  • Relevant prior experience leading change in financial services is an asset
