We seek an Office Manager who is talented, enthusiastic, friendly, and efficient to act as a key player. This permanent position can grow with time and experience.Your organizational skills and management experience will set a firm foundation. In a dynamic environment. You will wear many hats and need the skills to change from one task to another task quickly and efficiently
You will join a small integrated team that needs a keystone person to support the whole team and play a vital part in ensuring things happen correctly and on time.

- Post-Secondary Education
Duties
- Office_
- Manage communications Address correspondence and inquires.
- Plan and Manage Weekly/monthly staff meetings
- Ensure Office/ Building issues are addressed (utilities, maintenance, grass, snow, cleaners, security, internet, insurance policies of vehicles, building and pilots/shipping)
- Purchase and Maintenance of Office Equipment printers, phones, alarms, computers
- Manage Office Computer systems liaisons with IT support vendors,
- Maintain Electronic and Paper Files of Company Information
- Verify Computer Backup (Tapes & Online) and Security Systems.
- Maintain Master File copies of important documents, ESN, Etc.
- Design and Implement procedural and policies to improve operational efficiency
- Travel arrangements
- Shipping_
- To/From clients (water samples)
- To/ From vendors (parts and office purchases & RMA's)
- Arrange forklifts, cranes and trucks for delivery of Systems (international)
- Custom Paperwork and Tracking
- Pilot systems location changes and tracking
- Human Resources _
- Manage employee benefits
- Review and update policy & procedures manuals
- Oversee Schedules of staff
- Special Events
- Keep Management Informed of pertinent information
- Job posting and resume screening assist with the hiring process
- Business Development_
- Point of contact for Vendors
- Ordering and followup of materials (PO's)
- Liaison with administrative tasks/ documentation for Reps and Clients
- Arrange Training / Info Sessions
- Assist with writing proposals
- Trade show management
- Abstract Submissions
- Documentation
- H & S Rep_
- Organizing Employee Training (H&S, WIMMS, First Aid)
