    De l'expérience ou une formation en agriculture ainsi que des connaissances en administration et en service client ou toute autre combinaison d'expériences ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de la suite Office seront pour toi des atouts pour récolter ce poste.

    Ton champ de responsabilités

    En tant qu'agent(e) centre de services client :

    • Tu planifies, saisis et fais le suivi des commandes clients internes et externes tout en validant la disponibilité des produits. Tu veilles à la livraison intégrale et conforme des commandes.
    • Tu effectues diverses tâches administratives de contrôle et de suivi en lien avec les opérations agricoles.
    • Tu mets à jour les différentes bases de données ainsi que les dossiers clients.
    • Tu es responsable de la facturation et tu prêtes main-forte aux membres de l'équipe.
    • Tu participes régulièrement à la révision des méthodes de travail et des processus administratifs.
