Reporting to:
Site Manager


Shift: 8:00 AM -4:00 PM- Monday - Friday, After April 1st 7:00am-5:00pm with alternating weekends


Start Date:

ASAP

Responsibilities:

In the position of General Labourer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • General yard cleanup
  • Sorting incoming wood loads
  • Recording Windrow Temperatures
  • Washing Equipment and other duties as assigned
  • You may receive training in the various operation of various pieces of equipment
  • May be required to act as back up for processing operations, as well as other
general housekeeping duties


Requirements:


  • Previous experience with heavy equipment is an asset
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Valid drivers license
  • Team player with demonstrated safe working habits
  • Must be able to work days, afternoons, weekend and a flexible shift
