Description

Italpasta Limited is one of the biggest Pasta Manufacturer located in Brampton and is looking to hire Automation & Control Coop for the Manufacturing Facility.

Responsibilities:

Solve problems using a variety of known or innovative methods and techniques and make comparative studies;
Perform inspections
Plan, coordinate and supervise site monitoring.
Plan assigned work in an efficient method to minimize machine downtime while ensuring employee safety is maintained.
Troubleshoot process automation problems.
Perform regular housekeeping duties.
Work in design stage of processes both for startup and current production process.
Ensure work is performed in a manner that minimizes downtime.
Ensure all new and rebuild equipment has all features required by CSA, OSHA, and Electrical Safety Code.
Perform root cause analysis failure.
Perform periodically Plc and program backup.
Maintain updated and controlled Plc program data base.
Maintain equipment documentation updated.
Participate in meetings with supervisors, coworkers and employees to plan upcoming activities and to update projects.

Job Requirements

College/ University Degree in Automation & Control/ Industrial Automation/ Process Control Engineering
Comfortable to work in a Hot and Humid Environment
Previous Experience would be an asset
