    About the Role

    TITAN Haptics is hiring a Technical Communications Specialist to lead the development of content across our hardware and software product lines. You'll own technical documentation, blog content, AI-assisted writing systems, and customer-facing support materials.

    This role also supports inbound customer communications, responding to technical questions, clarifying product capabilities, and reducing friction during integration. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business development to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information, and understand how TITAN's components work together as a complete system.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Own technical and product communication, including documentation, FAQs, internal knowledge base, and product overviews across hardware, firmware, and supporting tools
    • Support inbound customer questions by writing clear responses, updating support materials, and escalating issues when needed with an eye toward improving overall platform understanding
    • Create and manage blog content that explains product use cases, integration workflows, and customer applications, including how developers use TITAN tools and Composer in practice
    • Use AI tools to assist with drafting, editing, and organizing content across support and marketing channels
    • Translate hardware and embedded software concepts into structured, understandable content that helps customers see the full integration path, not just individual components
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate and reflects the current state of the product
    • Contribute to sourcing and research that supports customer outreach and marketing strategy by identifying common questions, adoption friction, and education gaps
    • Maintain consistency across all public-facing materials, including developer onboarding, support portals, and outbound campaigns

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 1.5+ years in technical writing, product content, or customer-facing communications
    • Strong writing and editing skills, especially in technical and product-heavy contexts
    • Comfortable working with both hardware and software topic
    • Familiar with AI-based writing tools and collaborative documentation systems
    • Enjoys leading workshops, walkthroughs, and technical discussions with customers or partners
    • Able to manage a queue of content and customer support tasks independently
    • Eligible to work in Canada

    Bonus

    • Experience responding to technical inquiries or managing inbound customer communications
    • Exposure to hardware development, embedded systems, or developer tools
    • Familiarity with product integration, onboarding flows, or structured support systems

    Working Style

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 CAD
    • Stock option plan
