Job Summary:

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and restored to a pristine condition, both inside and out.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a passion for maintaining vehicle aesthetics, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing:
Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming interiors.
Clean and sanitize all vehicle surfaces, such as windows, mirrors, dashboards, and upholstery.
Remove stains, dirt, and grime from carpets, seats, and other vehicle components.

Exterior Restoration:
Conduct paint correction and restoration activities to remove scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces.
Detail and restore headlights, chrome trim, wheels, and other exterior components.
Inspect vehicles for any damage, dents, or scratches and report findings to the appropriate personnel.

Customer Service:
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood.
Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for detailing services based on vehicle condition and customer requirements.
Address customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process.
Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the detailing process, keeping them informed of progress and completion times.

Equipment and Inventory Management:
Operate and maintain automotive detailing equipment, such as pressure washers, steam cleaners, and vacuum systems.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, detailing chemicals, and other materials, placing orders as needed.
Ensure proper storage and organization of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on detailing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment for different vehicle surfaces.
  • Ability to use detailing tools and equipment effectively and safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously to achieve highquality results.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as bending, kneeling, and lifting.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From $15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Regina, SK S4W 0N6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
