Responsibilities and Duties

Use printing knowledge, sales, and customer service skills to make proposals according to customers' requirements.

Identify or find out opportunities to offer information or quotations and make product or service suggestions based on a customer's needs.

Follow up quotations sent to potential customers and clients.

Required Skills:

Education:
Diploma/Certificate

Language:
Chinese Language is a plus

Required experience: 1-year customer or sales services

Excellent communication, negotiation skills, strong telemarketing & relationship building skills

Quick-thinking, problem-solving attitude, excellent organization and time management skills

Salary+Commission: 40000 ~ 60000 CAD/year
