- Responsibilities may include: General assessment and evaluation of unwell patients to provide first aid to emergency careSetting up Health CentreWork cooperatively with the other Support Members and staffAssist in reviewing of all camper health formsTriaging and assessment of campers and staffAssist and organize all camper medications and dispensing medicationAssist in communicating specific camper health needs (allergies, special diets) to staffGeneral Cleaning of Health CentreAssist in promoting sun safety, hydration and mental wellnessUpdate Health Centre manual throughout summer seasonPrepare specific activity and first aid kitsAssist in overseeing inventory of medical supplies
- Registered RN/RPN: Hold a current certificate of competence for a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in the Province of Ontario
- Student Nurse: completing 2nd or 3rd or 4th year of RN or RPN nursing program
- Current Standard First Aid/CPR C
- The following will be attained once hired WHMISOccupational Health & Safety TrainingAODA & Human Rights

Registered or Student Camp Nurse
In need of a registered RN/RPN or student in respected fields (student finishing 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of nursing).
Since 1963, Camp Marydale has offered boys and girls, ages 4 to 12, a fun-filled summer experience. Each camper will learn new skills, make new friends and develop an appreciation of nature as a creation of God. Our goal is to provide our campers with pleasant summer activities and lasting adventures in Christian living.
The hours are from 8:00 – 3:30
