Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and repair Production systems and resolve complex customer printing issues
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales
  • Onsite service of MFPs
  • Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets
  • Responsible to learn new technologies
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Assist other team members as required
  • 15% Lead referrals, assists with customer assessments and solution design
  • 85% breakfix and customer support
  • Seeks opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Key Requirements
years of experience within the Install and troubleshoot printing and scanning solutions

  • Familiar with printing from common business apps and graphics programs
  • CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent experience)
  • Electronic/Technical degree preferred
  • Advanced network installation of production systems to include Fiery and Creo, Command Workstation
  • Basic understanding of solutions portfolio, strong knowledge of PP solutions
  • Excellent working knowledge and certification of color, mono production systems
  • Working knowledge of calibration, and RIP configurations
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be positive, outgoing, selfmotivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations
  • Travelling within Canada and the US is a requirement
  • Standby and afterhours work may be required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Required to achieve Expert Level Certification within specified timeline
