Responsibilities:
- Sales and
Business Development:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Web, Mobile App, and Custom software development services to prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture and develop relationships with existing and new clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients, tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations with clients, addressing any objections or concerns, and successfully close deals to generate leads and meet sales targets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including project managers, developers, and designers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or related roles within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of Web, Mobile App, and Custom software development services.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms and experience sourcing clients through online channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

$32,303.26-$82,827.63 per year
