• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP HR modules.
• Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements and customizations in SAP HR systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex issues related to SAP HR module configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP HR systems.
• Assist in the development and execution of data migration strategies during system upgrades or implementations.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts, project managers, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP HR trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of handson experience in SAP HR module configuration, customization, and technical support.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language and SAP HR technical architecture.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and integration points with other SAP modules.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP HR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed for project engagements.
• SAP HR certification is a plus.
