KPSquared Inc - Innovative Childcare is seeking a qualified level 2 or 3 educator to work full time 1:1 with inclusive care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide oneonone support and care to children with diverse learning abilities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Collaborate with families, and other professionals to create individualized plans and goals for each child.
• Develop and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
• Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Monitor and track the progress of the child, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development and milestones.
• Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in inclusive childcare.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in ELCC from a recognized postsecondary institution.
• Minimum level 2 Early Childhood Educator Certificate.
• Criminal Record Check/Child Intervention Check.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with children with diverse learning abilities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies, individualized education plans, and behavior management techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families and professionals.
