An opportunity to ensure the end-to-end delivery of our clients' packaging needs, on time and on budget, while meeting corporate and client expectations
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating with our sales and production teams to ensure client orders are processed and delivered on time.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination
Coordinating the process flow for client orders, including:
- Receiving and entering incoming client orders
- Establishing and communicating product pricing estimates to our clients
- Ensuring all product art is approved
- Scheduling shipment to client
- Maintain client information, any necessary specific client requirements within the Epicor/AVP system
- Perform other duties as designated
Client Relationship Management
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
- Responsible for resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Well organized and highly efficient working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work well across teams
- Ability to influence and persuade others to ensure timely product delivery
- Ability to communicate effectively with others for the purpose of providing feedback, conveying information, data exchange, clarification and follow up
- Knowledge of AVP/Epicor is a plus
- Packaging industry experience is preferred but not essential
