Position Summary

What you'll do:


  • Fully understand the functionality of multiple systems to identify issues, create test scenarios and detect opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain automation framework and develop new automation scripts to enhance quality and reduce manual work
  • Provide recommendations as to the severity and impact of identified technical issues
  • Write, execute and validate test cases, documenting results and creating any required defects assigning to the development team for review. Test cases may be executed on a variety of technologies including desktop, mobile, telephony and 3rd party

What you've done:


  • You have an undergraduate degree
  • Experience using analytics to turn data into recommendations and actionable insights
  • Demonstrated influencing and relationship building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Forecasting or Data Modeling an asset
