- Ensure a safe, comfortable and friendlyatmosphere for both guests and staff
- Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity
- Ensure public and personal safety on lifts
- Offer the highest degree of guest service
- Responsible for loading and unloading mountain bikesand offer assistance to passengers
- Inspect and scan passenger lift tickets
- Assist in maintaining biking and hiking trails
- Have a high degree of lift knowledge to be ableto operate a designated lift with confidence
- Carry out MODULA (Maintain, Operate, Design,Unload, Load, Areas)
- Know and adhere to the policies, rules andprotocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
- Know and follow all safe work proceduresincluded in the Safety Management Program
- Know and comply with all expectations of theInjury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
- Perform other tasks and duties that areapplicable
- An outgoing, confident & friendly personality
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- A commitment to being punctual & reliable
- The physical capability to undertake heavy labor with apassion for working outdoors
