Our expertise spans design and engineering consulting for major EPC projects, as well as developing robust quality systems for over 400 manufacturing and maintenance companies, facilitating their expansion into new sectors.

As a Quality Coordinator/Drafter, you'll be an integral part of our team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. Your role will involve creating and modifying drawings based on project specifications and engineering/architectural drawings.

Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as the Project Coordinator, technical leads, and laboratory technicians, while indirectly interfacing with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate shop fabrication drawings according to project requirements
  • Assist client production shops with necessary documentation
  • Support the quotation process by conducting takeoffs from customersupplied PDF architectural drawings
  • Aid in the development of Quality Management Systems for clients
  • Collaborate with Acetake laboratory technicians and engineers
  • Maintain and update quality assurance checklists, processes, and documentation
  • Assist in project administration and fieldwork for special project sites

Required Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in quantity takeoffs from engineering and architectural drawings
  • Minimum 1year experience in SolidWorks or AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control environments
  • Knowledge of metering equipment and communication systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic project environment with shifting priorities
  • Commitment to safety protocols

Up to $24.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
