We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team.

To do well in this role you need to be committed to improving operational efficiency and willing to be a team player.

The primary duties of this role include managing inventory and our digital product catalogs. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

Manage daytoday order fulfillment
Optimize operational processes and procedures
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues
Listing and manage products on eCommerce sales channels
You must have significant attention to detail
Maintaining product image library and other product assets
Manage digital product catalog to ensure accuracy and consistency of all listings

Job Qualifications

Postsecondary education
Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Reliable, accountable, and independent
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Capable of constantly learning and improving
Tech savvy
Excellent project management and organization skills: selfdirected and capable of working effectively in a fastpaced environment while juggling multiple projects with demanding deadlines
