    *OUR COMPANY*We manufacture and sell aluminum trim and systems for the exterior cladding industry, focused on accessories for Fiber Cement Siding (both panel and lap), Aluminum Composite Material (ACM), and full aluminum cladding options. To support our fast growth, we are looking for a highly energetic, assertive, and motivated inside sales specialist to join our team. Our head office and warehouse location are in Calgary, Alberta.

    *RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Support Purchase Order Cycle Management (Cradle to Grave PO Management)
    • Qualify projects acquired by outside sales team, understand a customers' individual needs and identifying sales opportunities, or value-engineered options for each individual customer
    • Be a second set of eyes on active projects for follow up and closing
    • Improve the closing ratio on projects
    • Maintain and create relationships with the building product network, attaining new business and supporting continued business
    • Support the Outside Salesperson with continued and tactical communication for existing and new customers
    • Accurate and thorough documentation on CRM (HubSpot)
    • Process and issue quotes, and Sales Orders to the appropriate client's, with an understanding of how each region works for Dealer/Distribution relationships
    • Coordinate with outside sales team to have a joint approach
    • Track orders from initial outreach to delivery of products
    • Liaison between outside sales reps, estimation team, the order desk, operations and logistics, and our customers
    • Build the product knowledge to be a resource for outside sales reps, and versed in our competitors to find further sales opportunities
    • Maintain data of current and potential customers via CRM (MQL to SQL ratios etc.)
    • Contribute to team culture
    • Highly efficient and professional abilities in verbal and written communications - both externally and internally
    *QUALIFICATIONS
    • Ability to understand metrics and achieve targets delineated by the ISR group
    • 2-5 years experience in customer service, sales support, or sales role
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    • Extremely effective verbal and oral communicator
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
    • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
    • Strong critical thinking skills and eagerness to learn and grow
    • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Industry experience is not required but will be considered an asset
    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms an asset
    *COMPENSATION*Compensation will include base salary with good potential for advancement and career building. It includes cell phone, laptop, health account, and performance-based commissions.
