Job Description:

Endtoend administration and FSC (Financial Service Cloud) configuration of the platform environment
Salesforce upgrade planning and execution
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Enabling, configuring Platform Plugins
Implement integrations with components and services (e.g., Outlook)
Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
Support/implement data integration and management (e.g., PIE, bulk data uploads)
Importing leads, contacts, and other data.
Create and enforce security standards throughout the platform
Manage Org Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
Ensure the Org is secure and hardened as needed (domain separation, Edge Encryption, etc.)
Creation of security model and ACLs
Confirm the technical design and integration requirements with various systems to support processes that require data exchange
Configuration of Reporting Metrics and Dashboards (OOB)
Provide configuration assistance to developers
Release Management

- oversee the overall release process to production

Works to promote code between environments
Supports team development activities
