    About the Job:

    As a Labour Relations Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to business leaders and HR representatives regarding Collective Agreements. You will investigate grievances, negotiate agreements, develop labour relations training content, and establish positive relationships with union representatives.

    • Provide advice on Collective Agreement interpretation and compliance
