We are looking for someone who has good time management skills, personable, and a willingness to learn.Functions and Duties:
- Data entry
- Preparation and filing of GST returns and other various government forms as required
- Completion of payroll services for clients including issuing T4's
- Process and prepare documents for completion of files for both corporate and personal tax clients
- Schedule client meetings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Efficient in good time management
- Excellent computer skills with experience in Sage/Quickbooks accounting software is beneficial
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Able to work in a team and independently
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in Office administration
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From $23.00 per hour

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
