Job Description

This role provides executive oversight and strategic leadership across community risk reduction, fire prevention, communications, emergency management, and facilities management.

• Plan and implement programs that reduce risks to life, property, and the environment through prevention and public education strategies.
• Oversee the Fire Prevention Division including inspections plans examinations investigations public education life safety programs compliance with federal provincial legislation standards municipal bylaws related to fire safety prevention.
