    Job Overview


    As a Cannabis Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting our cannabis products.

    Work Location: Our retail store in Fort Saskatchewan, AB

    About the Role


    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Sales Associate who can handle a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for educating customers about our cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.

    You will work closely with our Store Managers and other team members to generate sales, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a welcoming atmosphere
    • Educate customers about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
    • Participate in routine store maintenance and ensure cleanliness is a priority
    • Complete customer transactions on the POS system and adhere to all cash and Loss Prevention procedures
    • Monitor inventory and re-stock products regularly

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
    • Minimum 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience
    • Cannabis, liquor or healthcare experience is preferred
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid SellSafe and QCW certification
    • Must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check
    • Working knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in Alberta
