Are you an experienced Sales Manager ready to help us continue our aggressive growth? We are seeking a dynamic individual to help us manage our growing team of consultants.
We have had very aggressive growth and are looking for the right person to help us continue to manage our growth.
Reporting directly to the owners:
You are:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the travel industry.
- A very wellorganized detailoriented person.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other online tools.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to supervise a diverse group of consultants.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a professional office environment.
- A strong public speaker and comfortable giving presentations.
- Must possess the ability to train the newer consultants to be self sufficient as independent contractors using the Expedia Cruises system.
- Open minded, results driven leader.
- Accountable for the daytoday management and coaching of the Sales team.
Your main responsibilities are to:
- establish sales goals with each travel consultant and help them reach and surpass goals and monitor their progress.
- Meet or exceed established goals for the office.
- Train and coach travel consultants on products, upcoming promotions, and the sales approach of our Navigators Sales Training for inside and outside consultants
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service.
- Motivate the team to meet or exceed expectations.
- Assist with Recruiting, training.
- Ability to sell travel.
- Conduct team meetings.
