CAD Designer for using Blender surface car model to build Solidworks solid model

Job summary
I have a car model built in Blender which is a surface model. I want to have exact same model in solidworks as a solid body.The individual should have long experience with modelling in Solidworks and also enough experience to operate a Blenders file and use it as the reference.
