Job Summary
CareRx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growth initiatives by sourcing and screening top talent for our pharmacy locations across Canada.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CareRx, you will work alongside our National Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Team as well as independently with your assigned client group.
This is a full time opportunity, with work from home and in office (Toronto) required.
Your Day to Day
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process with intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, phone screens, interview scheduling, extending offers of employment and processing background checks
- Utilize your knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to identify and engage top talent
- Perform sourcing activities for open positions, creating a strategy through a broad range of channels including direct recruitment, employee referrals, professional associations, campus partnerships, career fairs and social media platforms
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Recruitment in either a corporate or agency setting
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience utilizing various job boards and social media platforms
- A creative mindset with the ability to understand the business and provide solutions
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple demands, shifting priorities in a large, fastpaced and changing environment
- Proven track record of leveraging social media as a strategic recruitment tool
- Strong communication, influencing, innovation, project management and collaboration skills
