Job Summary

CareRx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growth initiatives by sourcing and screening top talent for our pharmacy locations across Canada.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CareRx, you will work alongside our National Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Team as well as independently with your assigned client group.

We are looking for a collaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

This is a full time opportunity, with work from home and in office (Toronto) required.

Your Day to Day

Manage the full cycle recruitment process with intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, phone screens, interview scheduling, extending offers of employment and processing background checks
Utilize your knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to identify and engage top talent
Perform sourcing activities for open positions, creating a strategy through a broad range of channels including direct recruitment, employee referrals, professional associations, campus partnerships, career fairs and social media platforms

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a Recruitment in either a corporate or agency setting
Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience utilizing various job boards and social media platforms
A creative mindset with the ability to understand the business and provide solutions
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple demands, shifting priorities in a large, fastpaced and changing environment
Proven track record of leveraging social media as a strategic recruitment tool
Strong communication, influencing, innovation, project management and collaboration skills
