Generations Cleaning is an expanding company catering to a diverse clientele, including large retail stores, condominiums, co-ops, apartment buildings, offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, and manufacturing facilities.

We're currently seeking a Full-Time Building Superintendent to join our team for a stunning condominium in Toronto. This role is pivotal in maintaining one of our serviced locations. We are searching for an individual with a positive attitude, a friendly disposition, and a strong work ethic. This team member will collaborate closely with property managers, contractors, cleaning staff, and other personnel within the condominium.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 hours per day.

Wage:

- $21 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Execute routine building maintenance tasks and maintain tenant relations.
Conduct regular inspections of hallways.
Replace lightbulbs as needed.
Ensure interior and exterior areas are free of litter.
Clean and upkeep the garbage room.
Manage the disposal of recycling bins.
Supervise and oversee duties of the cleaning staff.

Qualifications:

Possess 25 years of prior experience as a Building Superintendent.
Proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Competence in handling various areas, including the sprinkler room (dry and wet system), boiler room (electrical), HVAC (glycol system, chiller system), generator room, elevator room, pool room, main electrical room, fire panel, sump pumps, compactor room, etc.

This person should excel in problem-solving, respond swiftly to emergencies, meet deadlines, and be self-directed, self-sufficient, and highly motivated.
