_IMPORTANT_:

must have Ontario Land Surveying Experience ( you have previously worked in Ontario in a land surveying office)**We are looking for a CAD Survey Technician/Project Manager with in-depth knowledge of land surveying principles with a
minimum of 1year (aprox) experience working within the Ontario surveying field in order to join our team.

Our firm provides professional land surveying services to developers, contractors, and government agencies.


Responsibilities:


  • Data processing, calculations, precoordination.
  • Drafting : Strata Reference Plans/Condominium Plans, disclosure marketing plans; Topographic Surveys, Reference Plans, Plans of Subdivision, SRPR, etc.

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE HIGH LEVEL EXPERIENCE (5+years) WORKING IN LAND SURVEYING (For $30+ )
- knowledge & understanding of AutoCAD/Micro survey
- experience with GPS and Total Station technology
