    Ayming's Montreal office is looking for a System Administrator & Project Management North America,to help us achieve our growth strategy. You will be supporting and reporting to our Global Support Manager and Canada IT Manager.

    Your Position

    • Analyzing, categorizing, and handling level 1 and 2 requests and incidents
    • Escalating requests and incidents to different teams: operations, networks, and systems
    • Creating and updating support procedures
    • Deploying workstation setups (master)
    • Monitoring and updating workstation management
    • Monitoring and updating mobile telephony management
    • Quality reviewing documentation and procedures for all three sites
    • Collaborating with IT teams in France: System, Network, and Operations
    • Managing infrastructure projects
    • Supporting the creation of new tools and reports
    • Be a primary resource that will help to create new reports and tools.
    • Represent Ayming's interests to our suppliers and partners in IT.

    Your Talents and professional aspirations

    You have :

    • A degree ranging from Bachelor's to Master's level in IT, or 2 years of experience in the same field
    • The position requires fluency in both French and English (oral and written)
    • Strong writing skills
    • Customer service orientation and teamwork spirit
    • Good knowledge of the Windows environment, Microsoft Office, and Outlook..
