    Job Posting: Kinder Camp Specialist

    Camp Pathfinder 2024 Season

    Pathfinder seeks a camp counselor to specialize in supervision and programming for kinder campers, ranging in age from 4-7. Although Pathfinder is an overnight residential camp, the kinder camp is a day program only offered to children of adult staff members. At the end of the day, children return to the care of their parent/guardian. The kinder camp specialist is a full member of the Pathfinder summer staff and lives with and participates in the full scope staff life.

    Positions:

    The kinder camp specialist will be responsible for supervision and programming on a daily basis for the participants in the Kinder camp program. Programming options include the full range of offerings at Pathfinder as can be adapted for the age-group. Examples include Arts and Crafts, shallow water swimming, ballfield games, nature walks and exploration. Access to facilities and other program specialists can be arranged with the Camp Program Director. The kinder camp specialist will provide an entertaining and enriching day time experience for the youngest members of our community.

    Residential Dates:

    Full Season dates: June 25 – Aug. 20, 2024.

    Two-Week Sessions:

    July 1 – 13, July 13 – 25, July 27 – Aug. 8, Aug. 8 – 20.

    Compensation:

    For each position, a competitive salary is provided, per experience and qualification.

    Includes room & board, training, and days off.
