Description

Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, including creation of new menu items with authentic and modern recipes, prepare house and secret sauce.

Train cooks on new menu preparation.

Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Recruit and hire staff.

Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory, Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory.


Requirements:
Min. 1-7 months of management experience and is able to supervise 10+ staff. Must have knowledge and experience of authentic Thai cuisine preparation and recipes. $26.1 per hour, 36 Hours per week
