We are seeking a receptionist/treatment coordinator who is versatile and ready to join our exceptional team.The selected individual will need to work between both our locations (Summerhill and Don Mills). We desire someone enthusiastic about dentistry with outstanding administrative skills.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry and has stellar administrative abilities.

Responsibilities for this position encompass, but are not confined to:
- Presenting treatment plans to patients
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to work varied hours that align with business needs
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Friendly and pleasant
- Experience in a role contributing to business operations including scheduling, finances, inventory and people management
- Understanding how to keep an efficient schedule
- Have excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to genuinely help our patients/ clients
- Ability to properly document in the patient's chart
- Knowledge and understanding of treatment plans and ability to educate patients
- Properly file and process insurance claims
- Handling payments and compiling endofday reports efficiently
Salary:
From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week

Experience:
- treatment coordinating: 1 year (required)
- dental receptionist: 1 year (required)
