Description
Maintain Supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Prepare, proofread and circulate correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, & forms and handle general inquiries.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Provide general support to visitors, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures. Create and update data and maintain records.
  • Ensure operation of office equipment, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Perform administrative activities related to admission of students to different educational institutions in Canada.

Salary:
$16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
