Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team.

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to install and maintain our food delivery robots at various client locations, including restaurants, hotels, convention centers, wedding venues, and senior homes.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure food delivery robots at client locations according to company standards and guidelines.
- Conduct onsite assessments to determine optimal placement and setup for maximum efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of food delivery robots into existing operations.
- Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality and address any issues promptly.
- Provide training to clients' staff on the operation and maintenance of food delivery robots.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
- Document installation and maintenance activities accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Stay updated on product developments and participate in training programs as required.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as installation technician, field service technician, or related position, preferably in the technology or robotics industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills with the ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus.

Up to $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
