We are the largest US-based supplier of wooden flowers made of shola wood We also offer a variety of crafting products and flora.

• Manage vendor relationships with our suppliers. This includes onsite visits, phone calls, and webbased communication.
• Visit vendors to ensure quality standards are being met alongside target delivery dates.
• Work with suppliers to create operational efficiencies within their operation to help our company save money.
• Maintain a working database of supplier information, capabilities, certifications and related materials.
• Source and conduct diligence on new suppliers to drive down costofgoodssold.
• Negotiate pricing, volume discounting, leadtimes, tooling, payment terms, capacity, etc.
• Create agreements that bring added value to our business. For example, augmenting the way products are shipped to our facility in Utah in order to lower USlabor costs.
• Work with product development to support sourcing and quoting needs.
• Work with our operations team to ensure suppliers are delivering according to contract.
• Provide senior management with adhoc analysis as required.
• Manage, review, and execute supply contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and other similar legal documents.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures and Policies around sourcing activities.

• Experience with various types of purchasing contracts (blanket orders, minimums, annual agreements, ship and debit, etc.).
• Strong oral and written English and Hindi communication skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience in a relevant industry such as crafting, floral or similar products is an asset.
• The ability to use Excel or Google Sheets to track KPIs, and build reports.
• Comfortable working hours a week routinely.
