*Long Term Care is a unique experience, when you come to work you are coming into a Resident's home. Worked with a multidisciplinary team comprising of dietary personnel, Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, among others to help assess the new Resident

• Lead the collaboration of the multidisciplinary team to determine the appropriate treatment, prevent deterioration, and manage pain for the Resident
• Earned a gift card to your favorite restaurant from our rewards program, after taking initiative to complete extra training/learning
• Provided health teaching for the Resident, their family, PSWs, and others on your team
• Drove and supported care goals for other residents in your unit
• Applied your understanding of complex wound care beyond just changing dressings, but also assessed and altered the care program to meet your Resident's needs
