QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR, AMERICAS
Fulltime

Can be based out of Montreal, QC or Toronto, ON

Bollore Logistics is looking to add a full-time
Quality and Continuous Improvement Coordinator - Americas.

This position will be integrated within the Bolloré Logistics World QHSE Department and can be based in Montreal QC or Toronto ON.

Responsibilities_

  • Provide advice and expertise to the Quality network
  • Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives in line locally and on a global
level

  • Coordinate and monitor internal and external audits (customers, etc.)
PROGRESS, etc.) internally and externally (customers, etc.)

  • Support the Sales Dept. for calls and face to face meetings related to compliance
and process improvements.

  • Manage the customer satisfaction measurement process, establish global
reporting and coordinate the identified progress plans with the Front Office,
Middle Office and the QHSE network

  • Monitor, investigate and implement corrective actions related to customer quality
concerns with the relevant teams (Front Office, Middle Office, Supply Chain, QHSE,
etc.)

  • Carry out a precise diagnosis of the overall quality of your respective perimeters
(Americas).

  • Identify and implement Lean Management and visual management projects on
business processes on a local and international scale

  • Be the quality representative of Bolloré logistics visàvis the customer
  • Support quality meetings with the clients
  • Respond to customers quality concerns and / or involve the operational staff as
needed.

  • Establish, analyze, and communicate the quality indicators. Implement
improvement actions in case of non-achievement of objectives with the operational
staff

  • Perform root cause analysis (methodology 8D's, Pareto, 5 Whys etc.)

Education and Qualifications_

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality management and continuous
improvement

  • Certification in continuous improvement (a plus)
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards,
  • Proficient in quality techniques such as, and not limited to, Ishikawa Fishbone
Diagram (IFD), 5 Whys, Pareto Chart

  • Dynamic and autonomous, you have proven your leadership skills.
  • Proficiency and Business English skills
  • Knowledge of the Freight Forwarding sector would be a plus (network, customer,
tools, etc.).

  • Strong communication skills
  • Travelling required when needed
