Fast growing company is looking for permanent employee full and part time leading into full time. We are looking for a long term permanent employee that is reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join our team.


Responsibilities:

The main responsibility for this full-time job will be responsible for full cycle payroll for up to 250 staff. The position reports to the Controller. This role includes all payroll activities. Other duties include, but are not limited to, accounts receivable.


Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Working knowledge of federal statutes and payroll reporting requirements.

Process weekly payrolls for approximately 250 employees.

Reconcile all payroll accounts to the general ledger.

Perform manual calculations and related entries for retroactive pays, corrections, vacation payouts, deductions, taxable benefits, etc.

Prepare and submit accurate Records of Employment (ROE) and ITA hours.

Provide payroll support to employees and communicate any payroll issues that arise with management.

Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) would be an asset

Minimum three years of general accounting and payroll experience.

Being accountable for the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

3+ years Payroll and general accounting experience is required

Work well with deadlines and driven to achieve goals

Ability to multi-task and works well in a team environment

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Up to $67,759.03 per year
