Responsibilities

• Frontend documentation management
• Prebuild documentation oversight
• HRM housing documentation and permit coordination
• Building Permit Applications
• Safety document compliance
• Closing document administration
• Multiproject management
• Invoicing tasks
• Statement reconciliation
• Service Team schedule coordination
• Other duties as required
